With over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry, I am a seasoned and strategic leader who is passionate about delivering superior returns for our clients and stakeholders. As the President and Chief Investment Strategist at CenterSquare Investment Management, I oversee the firm's private equity real estate, risk management, capital markets, and marketing and communications functions. I also serve as a Board Director and a member of the firm-wide Investment Committee across all platforms, including private real estate debt and strategic capital. My mission is to leverage my expertise in real estate and credit, as well as my global perspective and network, to create innovative and diversified solutions that meet the evolving needs and expectations of our investors. Prior to joining CenterSquare in 2015, I was the CIO of Liquid Alternatives at Resource America, where I was responsible for the real estate and credit private equity strategies. I led the development and execution of the investment process, portfolio construction, risk management, and performance analysis for these strategies, and managed a team of analysts and portfolio managers. I also contributed to the firm's business development, client relations, and marketing activities, and established strong partnerships with various institutional and retail investors. During my tenure, I successfully launched and grew several funds and vehicles that generated attractive and consistent returns for our investors, while also enhancing the firm's reputation and brand in the market. Some of the skills that I leveraged and developed in this role include investment management, asset management, investments, portfolio management, risk management, business development, and client relations.
