Available to help housing providers achieve success with Civica Cx implementations and other projects, to provide strategic advice and technical consultancy. Working with Fife Council on Phase 2 of their large Cx implementation, which went live in June 2022; Arun District Council on their Cx Phase 1; also supporting live Cx customers Haig Housing, St Mungo's and West of Scotland Housing Association. Also working with Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association on a telephony procurement. Recently worked with Vivid Homes, developing cyber security policy documentation and assisting with Board level KPIs. In 2020-21, worked as project manager at Castle Point Borough Council on their Civica Cx project. In 2020, worked with Red Kite Community Housing supporting the transition to a new MSP, and advising them on their digital transformation plans. Part of the team that got Hexagon Housing in London live with Civica Cx in Nov 2019, ensuring interfaces were fully tested, data migration was sound, and dealing with post go-live teething issues. An experienced Project Manager and IT leader with a track record of successful delivery. Well versed with the full project lifecycle, able to adopt a robust, proportionate and tailored PM approach. Experience with procurement, options appraisal, developing project briefs, project planning, managing teams of up to 12 in-house staff and numerous third party suppliers, managing project budgets and closely monitoring risks and issues. Project experience includes implementation of new systems and upgrades - housing management (most recently Civica Cx), repairs interfaces, telephony, finance, asset management and appraisal systems - and infrastructure projects including VMWare, VDI, storage and networking refreshes, threat protection and email filtering. Thorough knowledge of rent and service charge modelling and calculation, plus repairs budgeting, accruals and cost control. With over 20 years IT experience, as a consultant and housing IT leader, implementing ICT strategies, leading teams to improve customer service, reduce risk and save money. Adept at controlling budgets (capex / opex, up to £2M per year), holding third party suppliers to account and proactively managing risk. Experienced in recruitment and performance management of permanent and contract staff.
