Including the raising of circa £500m via rights issues of loans and the £350m acquisition of HQ Workplaces. • Successfully reorganised Goodman Group’s business processes, finance team and work-loads through a series of business disposals and the outsourcing of the finance team. • Prepared annual reports, investor presentations, commercial prospect reviews and conducted investor relations for the Regus Group Plc (FTSE 250 Board).
