With nearly 20 years of global operations leadership, I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategic planning, logistics, and infrastructure management. My professional journey began with the United States Army and United States Air Force, where I was entrusted with oversight of large-scale, multinational operations spanning 20+ countries. From managing the strategic placement and readiness of 300+ aircraft and 20K personnel to directing the movement of 1.6M short tons of cargo across 13 international ports, I developed the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable plans that deliver results under pressure. Today, I serve as a Global Operations & Infrastructure Planning Consultant, where I advise senior executives and cross-functional leaders on resource allocation, infrastructure readiness, and contingency planning in high-risk, multinational environments. My work has included consulting on $250M worth of logistics and infrastructure projects annually, driving on-time, within-budget execution across $2.6B in global operations. By streamlining posture analyses and optimizing deployment strategies, I’ve reduced operational delays by up to 35%, enabling rapid response and mission continuity. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching youth sports, drawing on my own experiences playing junior hockey in Canada and competing in rugby at the international level while stationed in the Pacific. Today, I combine my passion for sports with family time, often traveling for both work and fun. My current schedule takes me to the Middle East and Europe about once a month, and I make it a priority to share those experiences with my family.
