In 1992 Concept Project Management (CPM) and Henry Davidson Developments Ltd (HDD) were formed together with my business partner - John Henry. In 2010 I disposed of shares in CPM to the existing management team. In May 2007 HDD signed a funding deal with Development Securities PLC who would provide equity to support projects sitting alongside bank debt from HBOS and RBS and in March 2010 HDD became a wholly owned subsidiary of Development Securities Plc and I remain as Managing Director. The business is going from strength to strength and have recently completed the following projects- • Llanelli East Gate - £20m lease scheme • Peterborough, Stanground - £15 Morrisons supermarket scheme • Telford Lawley Village - £15m Morrisons supermarket scheme • Watton - £3m local centre • Tranmere - £3m local centre • Bridgewater - £5m local centre • Buckshaw - £2.5m local centre • Newport - £20m land promotion I refer you to the HDD website Also
