About Scott Diamond

I’ve built my career providing health and wellness services to the Boston community, first as a chiropractic doctor, and now as a wellness and ergonomic consultant. My commitment to providing education and awareness to help people decrease pain, improve their physical health and performance and reduce the impact that “sitting disease” has on their lives has contributed to positive outcomes for companies and their employees. I’m focused on helping people thrive and to enjoy the best quality of life possible. I leverage my chiropractic and wellness expertise to provide knowledge and insights about workplace ergonomics, training employers and employees how to design work spaces that provide an optimal environment for good health and productivity. And research shows that with increased employee awareness and behavior, workplace stress and injuries decrease. I provide one-on-one assessments and training that enables employees to use best practices for posture, sitting and standing while at work, affecting positive behavior change that reduces fatigue, maintains good health and avoid injuries.
