As the Director of Sales and Distributor Relations at Stormcloud Brewing Company for over four years, I lead the sales and distribution strategy for a growing craft beer brand in Michigan. I have a strong background in the consumer products industry, with a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Lakeland College. I excel at developing and managing high-performing teams, driving P/L growth, cultivating and maintaining key account relationships, and implementing effective sales promotion and operations. I am passionate about expanding and enhancing the presence and reputation of Stormcloud Brewing Company as a leading craft beer producer and innovator in the region. I also leverage my expertise in the three-tier distribution system for beer and wine to optimize our channel performance and profitability. My mission is to inspire and empower my team and partners to consistently achieve and surpass our volume, distribution, and share of market goals. My experience managing teams has evolved my leadership style to be that of a servant leader. I find listening to be extremely powerful as it identifies strengths, opportunities and what motivates professionals. Foresight, stewardship, and conceptualizing are three traits I practice that provide focus and deliver results.
