Dynamic leader with over 15 years combined military and civilian leadership experience in a progression of challenging roles. In my current position I directly manage over 60 employees, three primary processes, and six production lines. My team is consistently ranked as the top-performing crew in terms of productivity, quality, and safety. I am a decorated Combat Veteran with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving excellence. My previous military career provided me with invaluable opportunities to develop and refine my leadership style under demanding, high-stakes conditions. This crucible forged me into a driven, self-motivated, and mature leader with credibility and sound judgment. Since my transition to the civilian sector I have found that this bedrock experience allows me to retain my composure under stress and make sound decisions in a timely manner. I am well-versed in mentoring both peers and subordinates, providing conflict resolution, and coaching and mentoring my team to reach both organizational and personal goals and objectives. My colleagues know me as a polished, dependable, and organized professional with a natural ability to relate to others. I am an effective communicator who can easily tailor my message to any audience. I am a quick learner that enjoys learning new processes or skills and solving problems.
