About Scott Ducasse

Scott DuCasse, CFA is a seasoned client service professional, with an emphasis on supporting institutional clients. He has been recognized as an innovative thinker with a talent for upgrading and modernizing processes and procedures, solving problems, and creating cost savings and efficiencies. At PGIM Fixed Income, Scott is a member of the Client Advisory Group. In addition to his client responsibilities, he oversees the fixed income funds offered by Prudential Trust Company, and has coordinated a number of projects designed to improve the client experience. Prior to joining PGIM Fixed Income, Scott spent 16 years at JPMorgan Asset Management, most recently as the Manager of the Institutional Client Account Management team. He managed 32 individuals on a team which supported North American clients representing over $250 billion in assets under management, and played a critical role in bringing the US, European, and Asian client service teams onto a common platform. He has extensive knowledge of service requirements for ERISA, Insurance, DC/DB, and Endowment/Foundation clients. Prior to these positions, he held various other roles including project management, mutual fund sales, and providing investor education to 401(k) plan participants. Scott also has years of management experience, both in institutional and retail environments.
