I began my career in actuarial science after graduating with a Master’s degree in mathematics. After working in the actuarial field pricing life insurance, I moved to investment product management at one of Canada’s leading insurers. Then I went into sales management managing a team of wholesalers. This led to me to becoming the President of Money Concepts of Canada, a nationwide financial planning firm. After Money Concepts was sold to Industrial Alliance, I took responsibility for Industrial Alliance’s segregated fund sales from Ontario to British Colombia. During this role, I achieved close to $1 billion in new sales in a calendar year. Throughout my career, I have consulted with financial advisors and their clients. This led me to my current role of Director, Investment Sales, Ontario, at HUB Financial. I enjoy consulting with advisors on their clients’ financial planning needs and helping advisors build their businesses.
