With over two decades of leadership experience in global financial services specializing in product development, ETFs, indexing, exchange market structure, intermediary and institutional clients, and global regulatory frameworks, I am grateful for opportunities I’ve had to be an industry innovator, agent for strategic change, and leader of diverse, global teams throughout my career. I am a recognized industry expert on ETFs, indexing, and product development who has driven major industry advancements in ETF markets since 1998. I’ve guided organizations through new product launches, managed P & Ls, built businesses, created new functions, and led both rapid growth expansions and thoughtful business rationalizations. I have often been tapped to interact with regulators and media, and to work with management committees on strategic initiatives; I enjoy serving as a board director working to advance stakeholder interests on fund, corporate, and advisory boards. My role as a leader is of particular importance to me because I have been graced with amazing mentors and role models throughout my life; the most satisfying successes in my career have been the results of teamwork with engaged colleagues.
