About Scott Edgar

As a seasoned coaching professional, I am the Founder of Pathways to Success Executive Coaching, an organization dedicated to helping professionals discover and pursue their unique pathway to professional and personal success. I have over twenty-five years of leadership experience serving in a wide-range of roles and contexts (faith-based ministry, profit and non-profit organizations, higher education, and in international/cross-cultural settings). From this deep bench of experience I focus on developing emerging and seasoned leaders around the world. My focus is on providing a unique, personal, and customized coaching experience that meets clients where they are at and helps them explore their unique strengths, passions, and formative life experiences; discerning their path forward personally and professionally (no one size fits all coaching approach). My coaching approach is personal, compassionate, conversational, and accepting. I often meet with local (on-site) clients at a local lake. We sit together in lawn chairs and enjoy iced tea served in mason jars. In this safe and casual environment, I listen deeply to individuals sharing their life challenges. My coaching persona has been likened to a caring colleague who provides a listening ear and a wise perspective (sage). This persona is also experienced by my clients when we meet remotely.
