I thrive on untangling complex challenges, from post-acquisition integrations to defining new product roadmaps, always with a focus on user-centered design and strategic alignment.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading significant transformations: M&A Technology Integration: I successfully led the complex technology and R&D integration of three distinct $10-$15M companies post-acquisition, unifying teams, processes, and platforms to create a cohesive and efficient organization. Revenue Growth Strategy: I architected and executed a new company growth strategy projected to double revenue by forging key strategic partnerships in the consulting, logistics, and automated testing spaces. Global Team Building: I built a 30+ member global User Experience (UX) team from the ground up, establishing user-centered design practices across 40 different product offerings and embedding a culture that prioritizes the end-user.
