Falls Legal, LLC is a boutique employment litigation law firm that represents employees throughout the State of South Carolina. We litigate the majority of our cases in South Carolina federal courts and represent employees all the way from the filing of an initial EEOC charge, if necessary, to trial. Although we are located in Charleston, we are able to handle cases across the entire State of South Carolina, primarily through the aid of technology. Because we are a small law firm, we only take on a select amount of cases each year. The reason we limit the amount of cases we take is so we can provide the utmost attention to our clients and service their needs appropriately. Before we decide whether we can take your case, we require a telephone or in-person conference to gather the facts and review all paper and electronic correspondence that you believe is vital to your case. We will ask you to provide us copies of any employee handbooks, contracts, or correspondence that is relevant to your case. After these steps have been accomplished, we will determine whether we can enter into a formal attorney-client relationship. Our clients range from executive-level employees of Fortune 500 companies to workers making minimum wage. We assist in all facets of employment law from severance negotiations to wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and overtime pay issues. We also assist employees in reviewing and negotiating employment contracts.
