Scott is a dual status National Guard Technician and the Commander of the 285th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron, 137th Special Operations Wing, Oklahoma Air National Guard providing expeditionary PED support to Air Force Special Operations Command ISR operations. He is an accomplished intelligence professional and analyst with 20+ years of experience leading Soldiers and Airmen across multiple echelons and in deployed and garrison environments and joint assignments, serving as a Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Deputy J2, Battle Captain, Intelligence Support Element OIC, Assistant Operations Officer, Intelligence Team Chief, and ISR Branch Chief. He has experience leading projects and managing teams in multiple military and government environments including leading teams of analysts and consultants, leading and developing training programs, developing technical proposal input, writing intelligence reports, and developing and delivering intelligence and marketing briefings to senior government staff, military officials, and senior corporate leadership, disseminating critical information and communicating a shared organizational vision. He has been recognized as an exceptionally dedicated and effective leader in both military and civilian work environments and has demonstrated the ability to lead during change and under highly stressful conditions, including during wartime conditions. Scott is a Joint-qualified Officer and a certified Project Management Professional.
