I am a former Naval Officer who is a collaborative team builder with a proven track record of success in driving key initiatives, developing business growth, and facilitating impactful change. With over 10 years of experience in the health care industry, I am a well-rounded and dynamic leader who drives results that optimize large health system strategic integrations, build standards for post-acute networks to maximize value-based care opportunities and growth home-based care strategic business. I have a passion for building long-term strategic relationships that break down that walls in our fragmented healthcare system and provide value and access for patients. I have direct experience building and fostering impactful relationships that have driven success in cross-organizational strategic business planning. As a current Executive MHA student in addition to having an MBA, I am also an eager learner by nature and an advocate for continuously seeking knowledge. Previously, as the Vice President Strategic Partnerships at Compassus, I led the development and execution of key initiatives, including expanding the post-acute network across multiple markets, increasing referrals and revenue, and enhancing quality and patient satisfaction. I also built a continuous improvement culture and developed people and operational processes that enabled growth and efficiency. In addition to my professional passion, I am also an avid soccer coach with two certifications and a community leader and servant who enjoys mentoring and supporting others.
