Currently managing the sales division of one of the largest wholesale production nursery on the east coast of Australia, Pohlmans Nursery. A second generation family business sourcing, propagating and producing ornamental plants for distribution on the eastern sea board of Australia through a number of mass retail chains and independants. Extensive knowledge in ornamental horticulture, from production planning; importation; and distribution along with the sales and marketing of the end product. Global connections with international breeding companies along with local knowledge of Australian breeders and distributors A wide knowledge of flowering annuals and perennials along with Australian Natives and tropicals Motivated individual with excellent organisation, communication and client relationship skills. Has the ability to work with all levels of internal and external parties. Proven to deliver the sales results whilst maintaining a long term relationship with the client.
