Over 20 years experience as a Management Consultant with specific expertise in Organizational Change Management. A Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor (ADKAR). Have certified more than 200 individuals in the Prosci Change Management methodology and an equal level of experience in coaching and consulting in the direct implementation of structured change management. A frequently published author and presenter delivering workshops and presentations at leading industry conferences including ACMP, SMRP, SHRM, ASTD and AACC. New results require new behaviors. As a Change Management professional, I am focused on delivering measurable and visible changes in behaviors that link directly to business results.Too often, change management is measured in assessments, activities and milestones with shortcomings only appearing during the implementation phase. Successful Change Management requires both execution of the change strategy and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of the CM activities throughout the project - not just at the end.
