I utilize a highly collaborative approach to all functions, ensuring that the staff is heavily involved in the evolution and success of their departments’ operations. I have led both large and small groups, from a nationwide staff of 155 to small teams of 3-4 functional specialists, and have a wide variety of supervisory experience including:* Loan Originations (underwriting, processing, QA, closing/funding)* Credit (CRE, SFR, C&I lending; both front-end originations and portfolio management)* Information Technology (data centers, infrastructure, systems support, database administration, reporting)* Loan Service (reporting, account maintenance, insurance, collections, servicing for others)* Central Deposit Operations (branch support, reporting, account maintenance, new product support/development)* Project Management * Audit/Risk/Loan Review I sponsored the implementation of a customized Income Property Loan originations systems, which greatly improved the efficiency of the group. The system, along with other changes to the department, led to a reduction of turn-times from 90+ day to an average of 45 days. I also implemented a customized portfolio management system that allowed the bank to improved efficiency and provide needed reporting for several disparate loan portfolios. My broad functional experience gives me an understanding of how the departments should collaborate with business partners to provide consistent/repeatable workflows and industry-leading customer service.
