About Scott Freeman

I just wrapped up a 21 year adventure in the Army and am looking forward to next career. Thru many positions it was essential that I became highly adaptable and developed a sharp learning curve. I was fortunate to develop some valuable skills to include team building, attention to detail and working quickly and efficiently under stress. I was blessed with great leaders and mentors that provided me the opportunities to exceed whether mentoring foreign militaries and government officials or planning operations. Thanks to these opportunities I learned any obstacle can be overcome with persistence and often a simple change of perspective. I have more than 15 years of leadership experience in organizations of up to 1500 people, knowledge of all systems and regulations pertaining to personnel and security management and the ability to liaison with other agencies at any level. I can bring the skills acquired over 20 years to enhance your Facility Security Office, improve your Continuing Evaluation program, reinforce your company security policies and mentor your employees on gaining or maintaining their individual security access.
