Most recently worked for Teleflex Medical (Specialized Medical Devices) an FDA approved ISO 9002 5S Lean Mfg Company as the Lead QC inspector. The bulk of my career has been in industrial machine mfg as a CNC machine S/U operator, inspector and leadman. As the lead inspector my duties included 1st pc, First article and lot inspections, using precision inspection devices including Ram Optical Instruments, Ram sprint, CMM's and other standard inspection gaging devices as needed as well as to facilitate the flow of 1st pc and in process inspections through the QA dept while coordinating with the production scheduling team to meet customer on time delivery dates, and to help troubleshoot any problems in the inspection process. Documentation of Non Conforming parts, DMR's and Scrap reporting through the Max System and reporting to the QA supervisor and QA Mgr. Parts manufactured were Surgical implant devices including Bone Screws, Wrist Plates, Clavical and Foot Plates, Spinal Screws and Medical Instrument Devices with very tight tolerances and finish requirements. My Goal is to become a CMM Programmer and land a position with another Medical Device Company.
