There's nothing quite as thrilling as creating and recreating meaningful spaces. Big Box/Specialty Retailers—Shopping Malls Restaurants—Medical Facilities—Corporate Offices For over 20+ years, I've been driving national construction/renovation projects while improving operations, revenue, and profits for publicly-traded companies and private businesses. I launched my career directing retail operations and quickly understood that margins were impacted from the ground up—literally. So, I leveraged my knowledge of real estate, customer demographics, product trends, and POS to advise planning teams on new store openings. Since then, I've executed more than 800 ground-up and core-and-shell build outs, remodels, and upgrades nationwide. Throughout it all, I've been fortunate to have great mentors along the way. As listening and learning are the foundation of my personal development, sharing knowledge has been a mainstay in my leadership practice. In fact, I've been recognized for how I educate and motivate teams and align their strengths with company objectives. I persevere under the most difficult conditions, and I empower staff to overcome and achieve. At the same time I anticipate/resolve issues in a way that saves costs, reduces liability, and satisfies all stakeholders, from contractors, unions, and utility companies to executives, employees, and customers.
