I took on the challenge of managing a small territory with just three employees and transformed it into a thriving operation, growing the team to 15 strong professionals. With over a decade of experience in municipal arboriculture, I specialize in team building, operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality tree care services. As a Master Arborist, I blend technical expertise with leadership to drive results that exceed expectations and foster sustainable growth. Along the way, I've had the privilege of mentoring and teaching the next generation of arborists, constantly learning and sharing knowledge to elevate both myself and my team. Whether it's in the field or in the office, my focus remains on safety, growth, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence. I’m passionate about the work I do, and I'm always looking for ways to innovate, improve, and share what I've learned with others.
