The Right Product/Service for the Right People at the Right Time and in the Right Context. Today's Product Management for Digital leans on the ideas of Minimum Viable Product and Agile, because they generally work well. And yet, for some mission and safety critical features from healthcare to aviation to whatever - that which is Viable is anything but Minimal. Which methods are best to assess and serve marketplaces? When? Why? My roles have been to balance these issues and more, as individual contributor or team leader. I've enjoyed developing and deploying successful digital product implementations and marketing strategies across content, community, commerce and healthcare. Whether as co-founder, head of product or consultant. from P&L through prototyping and user stories, it's always the same. And always different. It's a privilege to work in this industry and get to create useful things in the world.
