My passion is steering complex deals and negotiations within the Defense and Aerospace sector––proven by achieving millions of dollars in savings while supporting company’s overall strategic and financial goals. As a metrics-driven PMP Certified Senior Operations Executive, I fuel growth and profitability through multibillion-dollar proposal evaluations, multi-year contract negotiations, partnership building (contracting offices and federal agencies), risk management, process optimization (supply chain, technology, and operational), and strategic leadership of key government programs (due diligence, deal structuring, and solution design). A few of my recent accomplishments include: Generated $300M+ savings after negotiating nearly $1B in subcontract proposals to date. Led in-depth analysis and financial evaluation of $2.6B in subcontract proposals to date. Negotiated 4th largest system under F-35 Program with $2.2B+ combined proposal value. I have led teams of 30, directed $1B key programs, and single-handedly concluded analysis of a $1.5B proposal while negotiating 500M+ proposal to date. In addition to my Active Top Secret Clearance since 2002 (SCI from 2002-2014 and CI Poly from 2005-2015), I have obtained my Masters Project Management (MSPM) from Boston University and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
