I'm an ACA-qualified investment professional specialising in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. At EY, I lead cross-functional teams on high-profile transactions across technology, media, and business services, delivering clear, actionable insights that directly support investment decisions. Over the course of more than 40 transactions - with deal values ranging from $500m to $7bn - I've built a strong track record of managing complex engagements, mentoring team members, and collaborating with specialists across tax, legal, ESG, and technology to identify and quantify deal risks. My approach combines rigorous financial analysis with clear, concise communication to help senior stakeholders make informed decisions under pressure. I'm also passionate about using data analytics and artificial intelligence to improve how we work. During a secondment to EY’s Analytics Team, I applied Alteryx, Power BI, and AI-driven methods to enhance deal analytics and automate key deliverables.
