As an action-oriented and financially astute senior leader with a dynamic blend of real estate experience estate spanning a range of sector niches, I’m strongly positioned to lead large-scale, high-profile development projects. During a career spanning two decades, I have navigated industry lows and lows while continually generating exceptional outcomes. Most recently, at Catalyst Development Partners I successfully orchestrated the development of a collection of 794 garden-style apartments with multi-million dollar value in Central Florida. I managed all stages of projects, with a constant focus on creating a solid return for investors. Prior to that, I worked for The Trillist Companies as Director of Development & Ops where I oversaw the development of a luxury multifamily residential & mixed-use portfolio. My professional journey also features 5 years with Novare Group where I was VP of Development, a fast-paced role that further speaks of my ability to balance the responsibilities of multiple concurrent projects. SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Steered simultaneous delivery of 3 infill projects in TX totaling nearly 1K units in under 2.5 years, with 352 more under construction while with Novare. Brought property management services in-house at Trillest to lift revenue ~15%-20% and pave the way for the unparalleled sale of a primary asset. Devised project strategies for sales activity linked to residential for-sale and mixed-used projects within $150M Atlanta portfolio at Wood Partners.
