My focus with Microsoft the last three years has been to build a Customer Success program from the ground up and lead a team assisting customers with meeting their goals. We achieved success by becoming the trusted advisors who listened, learned, and then provided product demonstrations to show the real value of our products. I am also energized by actively coaching team members with a servant leadership approach. I am invested in the "your success is my success" philosophy and have been successful in developing people's skills with this overriding philosophy. Personally, I really enjoy hiking, traveling, discovering new foods and flavors and basically savoring every bite of the Rocky Road Chocolate ice cream that life offers up every day. I am motivated to assist others by volunteering at Boys and Girls Clubs and contributing to my community via trash pick-ups and food drives.
