I’m energized by motion, uncertainty, and the process of figuring things out in real time.I’ve spent my career developing startups, building sales strategy from scratch, and leading teams in environments where there is no playbook. I’m at my best when things are moving fast, the market is changing, and creativity matters more than titles. I bring energy, pressure, and momentum into whatever I’m working on—and I expect the same from myself and the people around me.Adaptability is my edge. I’ve worked across industries, personalities, and growth stages, and I know how to read a room, adjust quickly, and push forward. I’m a competitive strategist by nature. I like solving problems, breaking systems down, and rebuilding them into something that actually works.My skill set includes business development, go-to-market strategy, account and territory growth, leadership, coaching, sales process design, market expansion, and motivating teams to perform. That said, I’m far more interested in what I haven’t done yet. I chase new experiences, new markets, and new problems because that’s where growth lives.I don’t sit still well. I like building, moving, exploring, and creating momentum—on the water, on the road, and in business.
