For over a decade, I’ve been helping students, educators, and employers work together to build stronger career pathways. From creating internship and apprenticeship programs to leading statewide workforce initiatives, my passion has always been connecting people with opportunities that change lives. As Senior Manager of Workforce Development at Ascend Indiana, I led a team driving employer engagement, talent pipeline strategies, and customer success outcomes across the state. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with hundreds of employers, higher education institutions, and community organizations to design solutions that meet real workforce needs while creating meaningful opportunities for learners. I believe the future of work depends on collaboration — between education, industry, and communities.
