Scott is the Founder of Baseball Youth and Softball Youth. Both are considered the nation’s fastest-growing networks for providing media coverage and additional services to the youth baseball and fastpitch markets. Under the direction of Scott, the Baseball Youth and Softball Youth brands featured mobile marketing Fanfest tours, seasonal publications, team and individual player events, such as the All-American Games and National Championships, and social media platforms reaching over followers. Partnership opportunities were created for Disney Channel, Disney XD, Major League Baseball Players Association, MLB Network, Minor League Baseball, Under Armour, Sports Illustrated for Kids, Airheads, Topps, Easton, Rawlings, Louisville Slugger, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Jack Links, and more. Scott was heavily involved in the initial launch of the National Youth Baseball Championships with Major League Baseball. Both the Baseball Youth and Softball Youth brands were sold in 2017 after 13 years of success. In 2018, Scott launched YTH Sports, creative sports agency focused on helping brands reach the youth sports market. YTH Sports also controls the newly creative brand Soccer Youth focused on shaping the youth soccer scene with additional media, event, and sponsorship opportunities.
