My leadership journey has been shaped by roles in operations, sales, and corporate strategy, culminating in transformative initiatives that drive growth, improve culture, and enhance customer experience. I’m passionate about building strong teams, empowering high-performance cultures, and guiding organizations through complex change. Whether it's launching a new business unit, leading enterprise-wide transformation, or evolving service delivery models, I bring clarity, momentum, and results. Outside of work, I remain committed to community leadership through volunteer roles in youth sports and health foundations. I’m also a co-founder of HPC Sports, a venture focused on advancing psychological safety and culture benchmarking in athletic organizations.
