About Scott Hamilton

At Hamilton Custom Homes, our philosophy is to build the best long-term value, basing our judgments on what will provide the best long-term satisfaction for each individual customer. Our ultimate goal is to design and build a home for our clients through an enjoyable process that exceeds what they had originally envisioned or expected. We always try to make decisions and recommendations that we believe the customer would make if they were building their home themselves. All issues of value such as quality, security, satisfaction, low maintenance cost, high re-sale value, and quality of life work in opposition to the value of lowest initial cost. Although low initial cost is a desirable value objective, most clients are willing to trade off part of the low cost objective in order to achieve better quality and increased long-term satisfaction. We strive to build the absolute finest crafted homes while incorporating the most pleasing, low-stress home building experience. Specialties: Full-Service Team: Hamilton Custom Homes works closely with each client throughout the planning, design, and construction of the home.
