I am a Safety Professional with over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, working with Peoplease, a leading PEO that offers human resources and payroll solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. I am also a Certified Safety Director, Certified Smith Safe Driving Instructor, a Hazmat Certified, and a FMCSA Inspector, demonstrating my expertise and credentials in safety and compliance. My mission is to safeguard the health and welfare of drivers and employees, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the transportation industry. I leverage my strategic and analytical skills to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality, while meeting operating, safety, and fiscal targets. At Peoplease, I support the PEO clients with safety audits, training, and consulting, helping them reduce risks and liabilities. Previously, at New Line Transport, I managed terminal operations, driver recruitment, account management, and compliance, overseeing a fleet of over 45 owner/operator drivers and a six-person team. I also led a project to relocate the terminal, securing a more central location and complying with all permitting requirements.
