I’m a Senior Systems Engineer with 20+ years of experience designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise IT environments across healthcare, aerospace, and retail sectors. My work is rooted in a strong foundation of Linux/UNIX systems, virtualization (VMware), SAN storage solutions, and enterprise application platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP. Currently at Vitalant, I lead infrastructure initiatives for a 24/7 production environment supporting 800+ physical and virtual servers and over 1PB of SAN storage. I architect disaster recovery strategies using Zerto and Pure Storage and serve as Infrastructure Lead on the IT Disaster Recovery Committee. Throughout my career, I’ve supported critical systems for organizations like PETsMART, Acxiom, and Schering-Plough, delivering results through performance tuning, capacity planning, high-availability architecture, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
