About Scott Hardy

I see the white spaces. As a serial entrepreneur and advisor to other business owners, I often see things that other people overlook: paths to operational improvements, creative approaches, and profit optimization. Right brain creativity + left brain implementation. Big picture + detail. After starting, building, and successfully selling several companies, I have a big-picture view, a global understanding of how the pieces fit together. I can visualize a goal and either knock out the blocks or add the blocks to achieve it. I’ve guided other business owners to turn ideas into action for greater profitability. My Swiss heritage has also given me an eye for detail that has led to success in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, footwear, outdoor sports, appliances, and more. I’m known for my intuitive sense for market trends, imaginative brainstorming, common sense, and unstoppable determination. I enjoy working with smart people to execute business strategies efficiently, while supporting the motivations and needs of my coworkers. As a partner at Venture 7 Advisors, I'm relentless in working through the ups and downs of the sale process, and passionately committed to maximum outcomes for the business owners we represent. I look forward to connecting.
