Management consultant, former nonprofit CEO, and strategic communications advisor with 20+ years experience in driving quantifiable and sustainable organizational change. Ensures leaders are not just defining and communicating strategy, but influencing the habits and behaviors required for success in ways that can be measured and replicated. I have advised leaders and teams in multiple industries, from regional community development corporations (CDCs) to iconic multinational companies seeking to align and inspire diverse employee populations in every global region. My expertise lies in corporate social responsibility (ESG); mergers and acquisitions; talent/HR planning and execution; brand and reputation management; public affairs, including media coaching and stakeholder engagement; internal and external social media; crisis planning and management; succession planning; leadership coaching; and executive communications, including speech writing. I started my career in community development and am passionate about the organizations I've been fortunate enough to serve. I'm currently the President of the Third Coast International Audio Festival, the Chicago-based pioneer in audio storytelling, and I co-founded the Connecticut Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and the New Haven Urban Design League.
