About Scott Heffner

My name is Scott Heffner I am a self motivated, hard working individual that takes pride in everything that I do. I possess the ability to thrive when executing any individual tasks while maintaining all standards and requiring no supervision. I also love the opportunity to work in a team environment, the success of the team is always just as important to me as my own. Being in a team environment gives you the opportunity to gain knowledge and approach challenges from a different perspective. Looking for solutions not excuses has always been what I base my work ethic on. It is an honor to be able to lead and teach others. A true leader is someone that leads from the front and sets the standard based off the example they personally set. However, I am just as comfortable taking direction as I am giving it. Having the ability to be universal is priceless. Real success comes from hard work, success is never given, its earned.
