June 19th 2024 I took a new position with AWC Inc as Inside Account Manager. As an Inside account manager I have direct and daily contact with our customers and develop relationships to grow the business and retaining customers. I process requests for quotes and purchase orders. I follow up with quotes and pro-expedites purchase orders. Direct Sales forecasting activities, analyze account sales data and promote sales. I communicate with Outside Account Managers and Project Managers to establish profit, inventory suggestions and pricing requirements for key accounts. Reviewing work processes to ensure that internal and external quality standards are followed and suggest improvements. Working with AWC Inc I approach work with curiosity and critical thinking mindset to identify opportunities and risks. Doing so, this allows me to be organized to plan and act. Schedule and prepare scope of work supporting my customers satisfaction and promoting out passion to service. March 1 2024 was my last day with Cross Company. I was employed for 29 years with, Cross Process Solutions. A business group of “Cross Company”. Cross provides a high level of service with experienced professional sales people who bring value to their clients. During my tenure, I've been able to perform my duties as a Warehouse Manager then moving upward to Customer Service Representative I and II then Product Sales Specialist with the full support of Cross Company. I strive daily to meet and exceed the needs of our customers & principals. Our company provides instrumentation for industrial process users: Power Plants, Waste Water Processing, Laboratories, OEM's, and others. Cross Company is a technology leader in diversified solutions for machine automation, process control & instrumentation, fluid power technologies, and systems integration. With specialized sales and engineering teams in each technology, our purpose has been to partner with our customers to improve machine, manufacturing and process performance I am looking for my next career.
