About Scott Hine

I am an accomplished strategist, leader, planner and manager of complex change. My passion is leading game changing opportunities and businesses – those that will motivate staff to peak performance and build integrity and trust with all stakeholders through a disciplined journey. Over the past 30+ years I have had the opportunity to develop and commercialize new technologies and products, implement integrated solutions and new business processes that allow commercially minded organizations to thrive and show bottom line business results. Growing through my teens in the 80’s in the Midwest of the USA, I realized that the way of the world was global, and that data and facts crossed all language barriers. Those that could speak the language of science, technology and engineering were bringing so many new and exciting innovations and ideas to the market. During the 90’s and they were doing it in ways that were ever more sustainable, customer friendly and collaborative. As I gained global leadership experience and international opportunities, the concepts of a data driven society allowed me to better understand what motivates consumers & customers and hone my business skills. Today, having had a fulfilling and challenging career, I consider myself an energetic senior-level executive that can drive growth and strong financial performance, in a global setting. I have spent the last two decades breaking paradigms, building global customer-centric teams and managing diverse organizational functions all while building relationships based on integrity and trust.
