About Scott Hinterthuer

Presently a driver for Pinnacle Car Services where I am transporting clients to/from the airport/hotels/businesses/points if interest in the northwest Arkansas area and surrounding region. I was previously a project associate with FR8Relay. I was responsible for cultivating, establishing and managing stakeholder outreach/communications as well as creating the company's initial interview and survey instruments for our research projects, much of this taking place while the CEO and COO were away in India working. Prior to FR8relay, I was with Mercy, Inc. where I scheduled appointments, requested medicine refills and delivered messages to the 12 Mercy clinics and 70+ primary care providers in the northwest Arkansas area. Before that, I was a driver recruiter for JB Hunt Transport. Previous to that, I ran my own business collecting court abstracts as a contractor for LexisNexis. Prior to that, I leveraged my communication and relationship development skills at LenCred as a Funding Client Experience Specialist. I spent my days collaborating with our advisors on analyzing a client's credit profile and helping them procure unsecured credit card capital for their business. In addition, I also counseled clients on how to both better use the credit they already have in tandem with leveraging the additional credit we were able to help them secure. Prior to my 2 years w/ Serco helping consumers sign up for Affordable Care Act health insurance, I spent eight and a half years with Walmart Stores, Incorporated where I worked in the tax department as a tax flags/exempt analyst. I remain interested in further enhancing my career to roles where my communication, customer service, and relationship-building background can be continually leveraged while also capitalizing on the other skills I have acquired throughout my career. I am a skilled writer and communicator with excellent relationship-building and client service skills. In addition to my daily work with Walmart, I also volunteered annually during the company's shareholder week activities. This involved meeting/greeting hundreds of international associates from around the world at Northwest Arkansas National Airport and leading them on a bus tour of the northwest Arkansas area. This typically involved a visit to a local Walmart and/or Sam's Club, the Walmart Museum on the Bentonville square, as well as a visit to the Walmart Home Office.
