My entire 15+-year legal career has been devoted to seeking compensation for those who have wrongly suffered because of corporate negligence or outright greed. Whether it is securities fraud, product liability or civil rights violations, I am passionate in my pursuit to find justice for my clients. And at least 90% of the time, I do. Through state and federal litigation, arbitration (FINRA, JAMS) settlement negotiations, I have secured in excess of for investors. Why do I win so often? It may sound cliché, but I really do think outside the box. I have seen many attorneys go through the motions in litigation by doing the same thing over and over without putting in the extra effort the case deserves. I never cut corners. I always persevere to find a way to win. My colleagues will tell you that I am expert at finding that one obscure case that is the ace in the hole. My perseverance is born out of my genuine compassion and desire to help my clients. Even my opposing counsel have noted my selfless dedication. At the same time, I am a cordial and respectful professional who realizes that animosity never wins the day. I began my career practicing securities litigation with a small firm, where I was promoted to equity partner in just four years. I then joined another partner in forming our own securities litigation firm for several years before branching out on my own. In the past five years I have built a thriving solo practice winning multimillion-dollar cases against corporate giants around the country. Highlights of my career include: Recouping $58M for hundreds of Ponzi scheme victims who had lost nearly everything. Winning $6M (including punitive damages) in two recent FINRA arbitrations. Generating millions of dollars in revenue for my law firms -$1M in the past two years. Developing and managing new, profitable practice areas at my last two firms - class actions and real estate transactions. Successfully managing all personnel and business functions for the last nine years for my own practice and as managing attorney at my former firm.
