I'm passionate about helping customers achieve their goals through training, onboarding, support, relationship management, problem solving, and supporting sales contacts. For the past few years, I've been working with employees at some of the world's largest film and TV studios successfully adopt software solutions offered by Autodesk. Whether working with coordinators or high-level executives on high-budget projects, I focus on building strong relationships, understanding unique needs, and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. In my current role, I have also taken a leadership role in driving our self-onboarding content efforts to complement live onboarding sessions — an initiative that was widely praised by the sales team for improving customer engagement and streamlining the onboarding process. My background also includes extensive client relations experience, where I've acted as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders managing complex projects. I thrive on clear communication, problem-solving, and ensuring clients feel confident and equipped to succeed. Beyond my professional experience, my creative background in music production, performance, writing, and storytelling allows me to connect with people authentically and find innovative ways to meet their needs.
