About Scott Hubbard

Scott Hubbard is a Director with over eighteen years of extensive rapid transit and rail experience. His career highlights includes delivery of the design-bid-build Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension, the AFP Eglinton Crosstown LRT and is currently focused on Metrolinx Rapid Transit Program Delivery (Eglinton West LRT Extension, Ontario Line, Scarborough Subway Extension, Yonge North Extension, HMLRT, Hamilton LRT, FWLRT). Scott has multi-disciplinary skills in the planning, design and delivery of major transit facilities and is very familiar with GTHA transit authorities requirements for the design of rapid transit infrastructure. His expertise incorporates current engineering practices and procedures, and reflects a sound knowledge of Ontario’s construction environment. Scott is from Pickering, Ontario and currently resides in Toronto. He graduated from McMaster University in 2006 with a degree in Civil Engineering & Management and completed a Master’s degree in Engineering and Public Policy at McMaster University, which is a unique program in Canada, designed for engineering leaders to gain an enhanced understanding of sustainable public policy and its effects on technological, social and ecological systems. He obtained his professional status from the PEO in November 2009.
