I help leaders turn ideas into clear, confident communication. To ensure their message actually lands. I started Hubbard Communication, because I realized that even some of the smartest people at the highest levels of the biggest companies in the world struggle when communicating in front of an audience. Before launching my business, I spent years in sales. I pitched ideas, closed deals, and learned what connects (and what doesn't). Like the time I got kicked out of a prospective client’s office for not listening well enough.(Tough room. But it stuck with me.) Since 2015, I’ve taught more than professionals—from Fortune 500 execs to literal rocket scientists—how to speak clearly, present with purpose, and actually engage their audience. I’m an executive communication coach and public speaking practitioner who studied at the Conservatory at The Second City in Chicago. Improv informs my work and helps me find collaborative solutions. Outside of training rooms and Zoom calls, I’m: • A husband and father of the funniest three-year-old on the planet • A fantasy football addict who won $25K in a tournament back in 2015 (buy-in was $5) • A guy who genuinely loves talking shop about storytelling, slides, and how to say more with less • A proud graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Communication.
