About Scott Huiskens

I am passionate about product development and solving user problems by focusing on the customer experience using empathy and innovation. I'm intensely curious about innovative technologies and their impact. I can communicate effectively across business and engineering, bringing different perspectives and creative solutions to any problem space. As Director, I successfully led a cross-functional team to deliver, on time, Trustwell’s next-generation B2B SaaS offering. This complex 0 – 1 replatforming of their industry leading legacy desktop application set the stage for migrating over existing customers with a forecast increase in ARR of at least 35%. I worked closely with UI/UX lead to analyze and refine legacy user workflows, addressing pain points and increasing user efficiency in the SaaS application, resulting in a significant reduction in training time for, and positive feedback from, beta and production users. I also oversaw feature implementation and maintenance on an eight-application legacy product line that was responsible for 80% of Trustwell’s ARR. Focused on listening to users and delivering new features alongside required regulatory changes resulting in a customer retention rate of 90%.
