About Scott Humphreys

I’ve been working in residential and commercial design since 2011, helping turn ideas into practical, buildable outcomes. Currently leading the drafting team and managing many business operations at Lalli Consulting Engineers, I work across a wide range of projects, collaborating with builders, engineers, and clients to bring designs to life. Over the years, I’ve built up a solid mix of technical know-how, team leadership, and problem-solving — with a focus on quality, efficiency, and clear communication. On the side, I run Peak Residential, a small design and drafting venture that’s grown naturally from helping friends and acquaintances with their projects. I’m self-taught in this area of architectural design and documentation, and I’ve enjoyed developing it through hands-on experience and word-of-mouth referrals. I take on a limited number of jobs to ensure it complements and not effect my full-time role. Outside of work, I’m passionate about mixed martial arts, particularly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I enjoy the discipline, strategy, and continuous learning it brings, and I find it carries over well into how I approach challenges in work and life.
