About Scott Irvine

Provide the community with excellent medical care. Treat each patient with dignity and respect. We Have offices in Killeen, Temple, Georgetown, Rockdale, and soon other locations to serve the central Texas community. In addition we will be adding 2 more surgery centers to our network of medical services. We have 4 physicians that provide pain services. I serve as the managing partner and founding member of the team. I have formed a real estate corporation, DOLSBY, that holds multiple properties from commercial to residential as well as the properties that house our restaurants. The name DOLSBY is an amalgamation of our children's names. We formed Carpo Restaurant Enterprises which holds our Bushes franchises. The name Carpo is a derivation of Carpe, as in into seize. To seize an opportunity. However, it also means to pluck as in to pluck fruit, or pluck a chicken. Since we had the opportunity to open restaurants, and they are chicken restaurants we felt Carpo would summarize the corporation nicely. We are in the process of developing out the western Houston suburbs, out to Victoria, and down to Galveston.
