Continuous Improvement, Program Management and Customer Service are closely linked. Excelling at program management helps to deliver exceptional customer service. Add Lean and Six Sigma concepts to increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce waste and the result is a positive step towards Operational Excellence. My Program Management philosophy begins with setting and continually managing program expectations with team members and other stakeholders. I'm a firm believer in "you can't manage what you can't measure." Having the right KPI's helps an organization discover areas to improve. By understanding the relationship between program goals and company strategic goals we are better able to achieve more. Creating a positive Program Management culture begins with treating everyone with respect, encouraging diverse perspectives, and building trust. This helps to develop positive relationships and encourages collaboration. One of the best aspects of my role is seeing the people that I coach and train improve in the way they deliver on programs. Motivating a team to deliver programs on time and in scope with a high degree of customer satisfaction drives me to success. I come to work each day with a purpose to be better, to always be improving. This is reflected in my work and the people I interact with each day, customers and colleagues.
