I'm Scott, and I currently serve as the Head of Project Management, based in the UAE. My mission is to empower occupiers and owners, enabling them to anticipate opportunities and execute successful real estate strategies that deliver tangible results. I specialize in project and program management, procurement, cost management, contractor supervision, health and safety, quality management, and planning/programming. With over 20 years of experience, including 9 years in the UAE, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Throughout my career, I've successfully delivered high-profile projects across various sectors, including Commercial Office Fit-out, Education, Data Centers, Critical Facilities, Aviation, and Tenant Management. My extensive knowledge in construction and property development has been honed through collaborations with both public and private sector clients and partners. Some key highlights of my professional journey include representing esteemed clients such as McKinsey & Company, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Wood Group, PwC's Strategy & , Bank of America, Etihad Airways, Brookfield among others. My working style is defined by a commitment to excellence and a meticulous approach to project management. I strive to be known for my ability to deliver results and navigate complex real estate challenges. Beyond my role in project management, you will most likely find me on the golf course.
